Kelly M. Neville, Of Counsel


Kelly M. Neville was raised in Aztec, New Mexico and graduated with honors from New Mexico State University in 1999 with degrees in international business and Russian, and minors in international relations and Spanish. While at NMSU, Kelly served as the ASNMSU president and was awarded the Truman Scholarship as well as the award for Outstanding Senior for the College of Business. Before attending law school, Kelly worked in the consulting division of Arthur Anderson and as a foreign affairs analyst for the United States Senate Budget Committee.

Kelly graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2004.  She is admitted to practice in Wyoming and Colorado. Kelly is a partner in Brown & Hiser LLC, where her practice focuses on banking, business and probate law. Kelly currently serves as Chairman of the Wyoming State Bar Clients Security Fund Committee and commences her term as the 2nd Judicial District Commissioner on the Wyoming State Bar of Officers & Commissioners in October, 2016. She is the former President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Wyoming State Bar and former President of the Albany County Bar Association.

Kelly is a graduate of Leadership Laramie and active with the Laramie Rotary Club where she serves as the World Community Service Chair. She has also served as a Cub Scout leader, youth hockey team manager and chair of the Laramie Holiday Home Tour Scholarship fundraiser.
